I did find a youtube video of GWB being interviewed before the Super Bowl in 2004 (see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoL62huhZ_Q), but note that he was interviewed by Jim Nance, and Nance of course was at the game (in Houston) and Bush was outside the WH.
