Of course those are difficult decisions that can only be made with those
who have knowledge of the specifics, both of his medical situation and the
family situation; I will agree though that there is real benefit after a
stroke to getting as much speech and physical therapy as possible, as soon
as possible, and unless one is fantastically wealthy it is almost
impossible to get as much of that as necessary from home.
