In a league game where teams can tie, two hours is enough time. That's 90
minutes playing time plus stoppage/injury time (usually 2-3 minutes per
half) plus 15 minutes for halftime. In an elimination game, if the score is
tied after 90 minutes, they play another 30 minutes (no sudden death
overtime), and if the score is still tied, they go to penalty kicks. Three
hours is a reasonable amount of time.
