Thanks again to those who both publicly and privately offered their kindness and sympathy. We are all in a bit of a haze as we try to gather ourselves and figure out — yet again — what the “new normal” is.
My oldest brother and I met with the director of the local funeral home today. The sticker shock was... well... shocking.
