Since I've already posted about it to the website, let me simply repeat
what I said there:

With the commits LordHavoc, Elric, and I have made tonight, I am
pleased to report that we have committed all of the code necessary for
our 0.1.0 milestone! Pending bugs, we will not be making significant
changes to the code before release. Please test if you can, as much as
you can. I'd like to thank everyone who has contributed to Project
Twilight's first release for their insight, effort, and dedication.
Project Twilight has already far surpassed my expectations back in
February and even a month ago if you had told me we would have gotten
so much done in this amount of time I wouldn't have believed it. You
   guys rule!

This is truly awesome. Finally, we have something that looks to be in
shape for a real honest release! I still need to sit down with Vic and
the Win32 SDL FAQ for a few moments to discuss some QW issues and there is
work to be done on the packaging side of things still... But beyond that,
we are good to go people!

I ask that we put a hard freeze in place until release. I'd simply branch
CVS, but for those of you just learning CVS, that could constitute cruel
and unusual punishment. ;) Until release, let's please stick to bugfixes
only, we're almost there.

Once again, thanks everyone! You have truly made this project worthwhile!
