Hi Mohan: Display driver initialization turns out to be a problem at times. In some Asus and Biostar boards this is an issue. In some instances the hang happens at the stage when SMP table for multi-cores processors is being populated. In yet another case with a Biostar board, there seems to be problem with PCI scans. Upgrading the BIOS would be a good idea, if you see certain issues coming up with some pattern. thanks Saifi.
