Saifi, BSNL is a government PSU and the mental attitude will not change for many more years.
Lately, we see ads in TV channels and full page press media ads. BSNL is slowly waking up from its deep slumber. With the competition in the telecom segment, BSNL felt the pinch. Customers surrendering BSNL phones has increased. The best option is to contact GM BSNL Hyderabad and Minister of Communications, New Delhi and bring this problem to their notice. There should be some response from them. Normally I try these methods and it works. Try it.
