Yeah, Jon, honestly your attitude is pretty lame. I took time to write something for you that did EXACTLY what you asked, in PHP, as you requested, in an HTML page, with everything done. All that you had to do was copy and paste it into your page, changed the username and password, and it would have worked. Did you even try what I made for you?
