Hard to check into your suspension without a username :) I'd take this off-list but I am hoping there is a learning opportunity here.
Whitelisted accounts are able to get suspended. Whitelisting affects REST API GET requests and DM update limits only. It does not protect you from suspension, it will not raise your follower limits, and it will not raise your daily status update limit. That said, what is the screen name of the account getting suspended? Let's see if we can get you out of jail.
