I run a game called Tweet_Words via a server app which tweets out clues every minute. People reply to @Tweet-Words with their guesses just fine to play the game. However, I just found out that if a user has Protect My Tweets activated, then replies to @Tweet_Words are being ignored.
The user turned off the feature and played the game just fine. Furthermore, if @Tweet_Words becomes a follower of the person, then the person can reactive the Protect My Tweets feature and continue to play. Question: is this the normal behaviour of Twitter to totally ignore tweets sent out by protected people?
