I tried, but I didn't see anything. Adding a new user to one of my lists didn't send anything, and removing didn't either.
Haven't been able to test this outside my app, although I doubt that it's my code (it simply outputs all incoming data to debug). Tried with cURL but got an error about Basic Auth.
