I should have mentioned that my requests included the cursor=-1 in them already.
The twurl links I provided may not work for anyone but me (just learned of this limitation of twurl), but if you check the url, you'll see the cursor param included and the value associated to it to be -1. I also found that this only occurs when using an authenticated get.
