Maximum 100 connections.. but the problem happened with fewer connections too I had problem on Windows 2003 SP2 This problem is hard to get with my app because we don´t have massive connections like Alexander´s app, but for sure the problem is related to client connecting on Windows 2003... Was it W2K3 SP1? It's illogical, but have you tried to turn OFF Data Execution Prevention for your app?
