Hi Virgil Letter messes up western pages (looks really awful). The solution will be to choose a length and width of the "displayed" page which fits on both paper sizes as A4 (as international standard) and letter (as US standard). Then it should be possible to print the layout on both sizes.
To make 2 different layouts (for the visible content) won't be really useful as it would produce different amount of content on those pages.
