It is a flaw in your configuration and not a problem of RSA.

subparts.login_footer.stdWrap.if {
value = your-login-page-uid
equals.data = page:uid
negate = 1
}
or with a condition:
[globalVar = TSFE:id=your-login-page-uid]
subparts.login_footer >
[global]
