Two additional administrative patches in addition to the commentary changes for Northwest Territories (0001) and southeastern British Columbia (0002) which I just circulated.
0003 just fixes a typo in the date of Paul's recent commentary for Chile. 0004 updates our documentation to prefer canonical URLs on data.iana.org for release tarballs, and new IANA-rendered versions of informational pages such as theory.html and tz-link.html. -- Tim Parenti
