The rest of that patch looks fine but unfortunately the IANA-rendered versions 
have some issues, e.g., with viewports. I corresponded with Tim about this and 
for now let's go back to the original informational pages; I installed the 
attached, which substitutes data.iana.org URLs to avoid the redirects in URLs 
we used before last week. I also wrote to IANA about fixing the IANA renderings.
