ICYMI, there was another thread here which includes the timestamp in a broadcast where the Premier signed the proclamation:

Details are not visible within that video but I think it's reasonable to assume at this point that the GoM will not be walking this back. I'm not getting my hopes up for speedy interim guidance at this point, but point taken regarding throwing a comment on the (Alberta) TZ post.
