According to a recent CBC News article, Nunavut's Kitikmeot (Western Nunavut) and Kivalliq (Central Nunavut) regions are looking at ending the seasonal time change: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/north/nunavuts-kitikmeot-and-kivalliq-regions-aim-to-join-neighbours-not-turning-back-clocks-9.7371049
The provided map shows that the Kitikmeot Region will "share the same time as the Yukon", which presumably means permanent UTC-07. The Kivalliq Region is shown to be "aligned with the Northwest Territories", again, presumably UTC-06 on a permanent basis. There are no current details on what the Qikiqtaaluk Region (Eastern Nunavut including Iqaluit and Northern Nunavut) plans to do with regards to time change. Southampton Island (Coral Harbour) was already on permanent UTC-05 to begin with. The same article also says the Government of Nunavut is looking into ending time changes more broadly. However, a brief look on the government's site (https://www.gov.nu.ca) does not indicate any official indication that this change will happen yet. Nunavut Justice Minister George Hickes said "the Department of Justice is accessing [sic] the feasibility of ending the time change and that the review will be complex and could take several months." -- Thomas Sirack Sent with [Proton Mail](https://proton.me/mail/home) secure email.
