that should be done in some SPL specific 'main()'. I dunno which is the
entry point for SPL, but we should provide such a function and there
should we do such stuff.

As before, we depends on the at91bootstrap to enable the PIO clock. Now, I think we need to enable PIO clock in u-boot by itself. So,
we need this.
