Add the device tree node for the PCIe controller found on Tegra30 SoCs.

diff --git a/arch/arm/dts/tegra30.dtsi b/arch/arm/dts/tegra30.dtsi

+       pcie-controller {
+               compatible = "nvidia,tegra30-pcie";

+                      0x10000000 0x10000000>; /* configuration space */
+               reg-names = "pads", "afi", "cs";
+               interrupts = <GIC_SPI 98 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH   /* controller
interrupt */
+                             GIC_SPI 99 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH>; /* MSI interrupt

+               interrupt-names = "intr", "msi";

There are interrupt-map and interrupt-map-mask properties here in the kernel DT. Even if they aren't used, can we add them here to keep the two consistent?
