This sounds as if bi_memstart & bi_memsize have already been removed, in whih case the patch order would be wrong as it would be unbisectable ; but if I see his right the actual removel will only follow in later patches ("[PATCH v4 7/9] powerpc: Remove bi_memstart & bi_memsize assignments in spl.c" etc.) ? In this case it might be better to write something like: "With the _planned_ removal ..." or such?
