At a glance, it looks like the feedback I gave a while ago about having
it be enabled by default in some config (likely sandbox) so that it's
actively tested and compiled hasn't been addressed yet?
The options ECDSA_MBEDTLS and ECDSA_VERIFY_MBEDTLS are enable by default
on sandbox.
Do you want that I enable those options on other configs too ?
