Recommendation...  Replace him with a Guinea pig...  Call it an upgrade.
Daughter got one... More like a germinate puppy than a rat...  Playful, and
doesn't sleep all day.  They can even be paper trained.

... And to make sure this has something to do with MVDBMS...  
Can anyone write an I-desc algorithm to describe the probability that young
master Gallen will discover that his hamster has grown into a guinea pig?

Besides, I don't think we could sneak it past him.
He's the first one to notice that they changed a billboard
on the highways, so if he can spot those changes, I think
he'd notice suddenly, the hamster lost alot of weight, changed color
slightly and his pattern changed.

Besides, we warned him when we got the hamster that they don't live all that
long and that it would probably die from no fault of his (he's 7 now). So I
don't think it will affect him greatly.
