Allen: I specialize in working with Legacy Pick systems without SUBR's. Many are R83-level either as Wintel native systems or Adds/Mentor/Ult/Altos. Some have a weaker 008 CALL dict references but not as useful as SUBR's.
I even have a few Microdata clients remaining. It's funny, MCD jumped ahead of the game in the very early 1980's with PQN and A correlatives (others had 'A' but not IF/THEN/ELSE in 'A'. Sort of like advanced 'F' ones) but everyone else matured with EXECUTES, CALLS and other better features. As I support these Microdatas now, I see how lacking they are. Their Basic programs can't even use called subroutines without themselves being cataloged as well. Really puts a limit on adding nicer features. Don't get me started on their kind of INCLUDES. Anyway, If you need any additional horsepower with working with these older clients, email me off-line. That's what I specialize in. Eventually if we keep their application somewhat up-to-date, then they will all come around to the latest generation of MV whether U2 or D3. Most of my clients prefer to upgrade to D3.
