Line item detailed statements is called level-3 processing and not all merchant banks or credit cards support it. Give Fred or Jake a call @ Total Computing and ask them about Level-3 support. I know they were working on it, but I haven't talked to anyone in a while. TotaLink is definitely worth the setup cost and monthly fees. I think they don't charge enough, but then again I need to decrease expenses as much as possible - so I'm very happy with the pricing structure as it is!
