PROJECT MANAGER
Taylored Services, Inc., a 3PL industry leader has an outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager to work in a very busy IT department located at our corporate headquarters in Edison, NJ. The candidate we seek will have a strong background as a programmer analyst in the PICK/Unidata/Universe environment. An in depth knowledge of EDI applications is a strong plus. This is a hands-on position where you will be leading a small group comprised of programmers, PC desktop support and Network admins in a variety of projects including operational support, sales and customer service related applications. Responsibilities include the application design of order entry, billing and EDI programs as well as the primary I.T. liaison with client I.T. personnel for implementation support and to provide custom programming to meet client needs. We are looking for a good team player possessing strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the desire to combine a hands-on technical/ programming/analytical approach with strong management skills. The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment is essential. Minimum 10 years work experience, (five years pick) required. Applications knowledge of retail distribution helpful.
