In our area of the Ozarks none of this would work because most of our roads are two lane and, except for the main roads, they are unpaved. We have several people that have changed to driving motor cycles and higher powered motor scooters. Most of the people in this area have to drive 4 wheel drives because of the dirt roads and they know how to drive 55 mph on the winding roads so anything that is underpowered, like a bicycle, would be risking their lives.
