Phantoms (and also Connection Pool licenses) are still concurrent UniVerse sessions - so in calculating any system-wide parameters for the Operating System you should account for all processes including PHANTOM and CP usage. If you use VERY large numbers of PHANTOMS this is something you need to be very aware of indeed.
