We had a similar problem when the Deadlock Daemon's log file hit the 2GB file size limit after UV was running for a year. Apparently UOJ connections cause a lot of data to be thrown in there, and there is no built-in rotation for the log. If you're on unix or linux, try:
ls -lh `cat /.uvhome`/uvdlockd.log I have a log rotation script you can have if you need it. -John -----Original Message----- From: u2-users-boun...@listserver.u2ug.org [mailto:u2-users-boun...@listserver.u2ug.org] On Behalf Of Louise Blair (DHL GB) Sent: Monday, November 23, 2009 8:35 AM To: u2-users@listserver.u2ug.org Subject: [U2] Deadlock Daemon Good Afternoon, We are having problems with our Deadlock Daemon stopping regularly throughout the day, and night. We're unsure when it happened as we first became aware it wasn't running when our system hung due to a group lock on one of our main, constantly accessed, files. _______________________________________________ U2-Users mailing list U2-Users@listserver.u2ug.org http://listserver.u2ug.org/mailman/listinfo/u2-users
