That assumes that it is MS SQL-Server, and not just any old SQL server
such as MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.

And if it's some other SQL server, on nix, it's not a problem either.
I've been writing a little Perl/Tcl/MySQL database and it's pretty
trivial. Reading csv's where the data came from and dumping it into the
DB, and also creating screens to update the db directly. Running on gentoo.
