The most recent specificationsI have is the "2007 ACH Rules - Corporate Edition", which is about 200 pages. This book can be gotten through your bank. I've yet to see it on the internet without some kind of credentials required. You may be able to to purchase them, but I never have; since I get the book through my bank.
