Can anyone recommend a commercial Bayes net shell with a Lisp API?
I'm looking for something like IDEAL, but where you don't have to figure
out the source code to write code to generate a network. I need to
dynamically generate and evaluate networks within (mostly) planning
systems, so packages that just have GUI interfaces are no use. Our
group does rapid protyping so packages with machine language (E.g., C or
C++) APIs are useless.
A GUI would be nice to have, but not crucial. Cost is not a serious
issue.
