The aim of the Fifth International Conference on Knowledge, Information and 
Creativity Support Systems is to facilitate technology and knowledge exchange 
between International researchers/scholars in the field of knowledge science, 
information systems, and system science and creativity support systems 
intensively in November 2010. The conference will cover a broad range of 
research topics in the fields of knowledge engineering and science, information 
technology, creativity support systems and complex system modeling. They

The KICSS 2010 accepted papers will be selected for POST-Proceedings in LNAI 
which is a topical subseries of LNCS, focusing on artificial intelligence, 
published by Springer.

4 to 8 pages should be submitted for reviewing. Camera-ready paper should be a 
maximum of 8 pages. We provide a style file of Latex as well as PDF file for 
authors. All papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format only.
