I'm having a problem with 0.1.2 for the past few weeks. It's happening on
multiple computers, for what that's worth (Windows XP and Ubuntu 8.10, both
running Firefox 3.0.4).

So I have Ctrl+Space set as the hotkey on both, but the Ubiquity window will
not present itself. It does not appear to show up and be hidden; it is not
there at all.

I have added a dozen or some command feeds, and I'm not sure if those could
be causing the problem. I'm not sure how to "reset" my configuration or
otherwise debug/troubleshoot, but I realize how much I use Ubiquity when I
can't get to it!

Any ideas would be most appreciated!
