Same problem over here, trying to issue Ubiquity doesn't work, here is
what error console reports:
Error: gUbiquity is null
Source File: chrome://ubiquity/content/browser.js
Line: 204
Error: locator is undefined
Source File: chrome://firebug/content/bindings.xml
Line: 627

And then tryin to restore to factory defaults reports:
Error: [Exception... "'Error: No such annotation' when calling method:
[nsIDOMEventListener::handleEvent]"  nsresult: "0x8057001c
(NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_JS_OBJECT)"  location: "<unknown>"  data: no]
Error: Application.restart is not a function
Source File: chrome://ubiquity/content/reset.html
Line: 29

Eliseo.
