Hi,

I' m quite new to Ubiquity so I don't know if this is already
possible.

Currently I can only define a command with "name", "takes" and
"modifiers", where modifiers must be introduced with a preposition
("from"), e.g.

translate Entscheidungsproblem to English from German

This restricts the command syntax to a languages using prepositions
like English.

It would be nice if I could describe a command as a regular
expression, for instance

    regex : "^w([a-z]{2})$"
execute : function that opens http://$1.wikipedia.org

Now I can access all different Wikipedias by typing
    "wen" for http://en.wikipedia.org
    "wde" for http://de.wikipedia.org
    "wfr" for http://fr.wikipedia.org
    ...

Of course this is just an easy example that could also be covered with
name=w and takes=language but just imagine more complex commands in
other languages which do not use prepositons but morphemes (word pre-
or suffixes).

A similar project using regexes is Serchilo a wiki-based web command
line:
http://wiki.serchilo.net/Serchilo:Command_syntax#Regular_expressions

Its currency converter works fine using regexps. E.g. try typing
    usd-sek 10

on http://en.serchilo.net

Cheers,
Georg
