I put a Mikrotik router between the upstream switch and the AP. I did a packet capture. Only 1% of the 25 megs it recorded was actually for that subnet. I setup bridge filters to only allow untagged and their VoIP VLANs. (I ended up needing more to get their VoIP working, but I didn't get it figured out before they fixed everything.) PC worked great. Speedtests worked great. Their networking department neglected to mention that they reconfigured their rings the night before and now the switch that I plug into is on the ring. All of the ports were trunk ports. They corrected it to being an access port and everybody is now happy!

It works great (even get 140 megabit on a 40 MHz channel) shortly after power up or an airView, but give it some time and you're back down to crap performance. ----- Mike Hammett Intelligent Computing Solutions Midwest Internet Exchange The Brothers WISP ----- Original Message ----- From: "Clay Stewart" <cstew...@stewartcomputerservices.com> To: "Ubiquiti Users Group" <ubnt_users@wispa.org> Sent: Tuesday, November 29, 2016 11:31:31 AM Subject: Re: [Ubnt_users] Great CCQ, AMC, AMQ, etc. shit throughput Get it resolved Mike? Turned down all the way, misaligned or reflection? Actually, if just a couple undred feet, have you tried misalignment by 2-5 degrees? CCQ, AMC and AMQ are all above 95%. I only can get double digit KILObit throughput one direction. I've rebooted, upgraded to 5.6.9, sent in support files, checked CPU usage, etc. Modulations are 130/130 on 20 MHz (was at least 240/240, usually 270/300 on 40 MHz). The worst noise in the area is probably -87. I have no clue. ----- Mike Hammett Intelligent Computing Solutions Midwest Internet Exchange The Brothers WISP _______________________________________________ Ubnt_users mailing list Ubnt_users@wispa.org http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/ubnt_users -- -- Clay Stewart, COO/CTO SCS Broadband A Division of Acelanet, LLC 434.263.6363 O 434.942.6510 C cstew...@scsbroadband.com “We Keep You Up and Running” Please send sales inquiries to sa...@scsbroadband.com Please send service/repair requests to supp...@scsbroadband.com _______________________________________________ Ubnt_users mailing list Ubnt_users@wispa.org http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/ubnt_users _______________________________________________ Ubnt_users mailing list Ubnt_users@wispa.org http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/ubnt_users </blockquote> -- -- Clay Stewart, COO/CTO SCS Broadband A Division of Acelanet, LLC 434.263.6363 O 434.942.6510 C cstew...@scsbroadband.com “We Keep You Up and Running” Please send sales inquiries to sa...@scsbroadband.com Please send service/repair requests to supp...@scsbroadband.com _______________________________________________ Ubnt_users mailing list Ubnt_users@wispa.org http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/ubnt_users _______________________________________________ Ubnt_users mailing list Ubnt_users@wispa.org http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/ubnt_users
