Unfortunately the SVox Classic voices, as far as I know, are only built for Android, and an interface to be able to use speech-dispatcher is not currently available for desktop Linux. It's likely that x86 binaries would speak with the right dependencies, but I doubt that the Pico module for speech-dispatcher will support it.
The only other option for many different languages is eSpeak, but many of its languages need native speakers to fix them up so they sound better. ~Kyle http://kyle.tk/ -- "Kyle? ...
