If we are going to apply a survey to non-Ubuntu users, they won’t probably know what Ubuntu is, so, we should give them a little introduction, explaining what an OS is, and the main characteristics of our beloved system.
Some questions I have thought about: · Would you be afraid about trying/switching to a new system? Why? · Which are the main tasks you need your computer for? · In your opinion, which are the most enjoyable moments while using a computer? · Which are some of the most frustrating experiences you have had with computers?
