We must actually define what we work on. We need a page or a bunch of
pages that define each part of Ubuntu artwork and document the way we
have to work with it. e.g. a page for BootSplash theme pointing to a
documentation for USplash theming. I start writing a kind of definition
of our work in WideTheme.

It would be nice to have a space for each theme, which has a "standardised" top page. So you could have:

Artwork/Themes/Human  -> top-level theme page with thumbnails of desktop, splash etc
Artwork/Themes/Outdoors -> as above for Outdoors

This would allow the theme teams to work independently of one another, with a common-style top level page so people can quickly get a feel for what the theme will be like. I will also suggest that we go as far as having mailing lists for the individual themes, so that the theme teams can make rapid progress, debate options, without creating more noise on the core art list.
