I can lead a team until mid this-month, get a team off to a good start. But if anybody has bold and unique ideas, I'd be willing to work under them.
All and all, if people are willing to put up with a guy that has a tree up his [censored for children] for two weeks, and they just need a design -started- but want to finish one, then I'll lead a team. In two weeks time though, the project would need to be picked up by one of the team members. I believe I would be best suited working underneath someone with more experience though, and I'd hate to leave a project leaderless.
