"Kyūdō is the Japanese art of archery" Perhaps you should revise this line. archery is Universal and outdates any civilisation, many cultures consider archery part of their national identity and heritage, Korea for example takes archery very seriously and could be rather annoyed by this line. Kyūdō is the Japanese word for the art of archery. This is like saying "*Shuukyuu is the Japanese art of soccer."
