Unfortunately, in "Still in Writer, go to your printer settings (File, Printer Settings), select the printer and open "Properties" to specify "Paper Size" to "Envelope DL" ..." DL is not listed! My only choices in the File>Printer Settings are: Letter Legal Executive A5 B5 A4.
In "Writer go to "Format" and then "Page". Under "Paper format", "Format", select "DL", DL _is_ an available choice. Selecting Landscape is not a problem but the printer / driver / CUPS(?) ignores the choice and does not rotate the text. I know the printer accepts DL envelopes from Writer in Windows, even a choice of how the printer wants the envelope to feed. But not in Ubuntu or perhaps it is the driver? Or CUPS? best regards, David -- ubuntu-au mailing list ubuntu-au@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-au
