Hi.

I have no desire to cause offence, even though its seems I have at
some stage already, but I have a couple of comments to make.

I took part in last nights meeting and to be fair the time chosen was
done so democratically, so I must say I think that comment is
unwarranted.

I really don't think someone who wasn't part of the process can knock
the choice of who was asked to do what role, or who took a role upon
themselves as the case may be.

I also think, and this happened last night as well as just now, making
assumptions and comments about people we really don't know is far from
productive. Infact all it does is cause further friction within the
group.

I said when I started taking part in discussion in this group that I
see it as a long haul process. There are various reasons for this and
I really don't feel like going into them with anyone as they are of a
somewhat personal nature. I do however feel that when things are in
better order, for me that is, I would like to take an active part in
this group. However I'm not willing to, and don't have the energy to,
"go 10 rounds in the ring" to obtain what should probably be simple
answers to simple questions.

There needs to be transparency, a member shouldn't have to email
someone to find out how to do something that all members have the
right to do. A question should be able to be asked in public, out in
the open, and an answer obtained. It doesn't have to be an immediate
reply, not for me anyway, but it would be nice to get one. If
questions are asked openly and answered openly it saves, or should
save, the same questions being asked multiple times. At the very least
it save the person who originally answered it from having to do so
again as everyone else bar the noobs knows the answer.

Maybe when I have copious amounts of time to spare and the energy with
which to use in that time I would get deeper into heated discussions.
But as it is I just think I'll let you fine people do your thing. I'll
help where I can, when I can and however I can, but I doubt I'll be
asking any more questions, it just isn't worth it.
