While it should just work and many do if it does not can you please provide some information Telstra helpfully lables all their modems Telstra something or other however they are actually rebranded from a variety of different manufacturers. Often the device will have some more information on it such as the manufacturer and a model number. Otherwise if you can give a description of the device and how and when you got it and what service you are on (Telstra mobile plan, Telstra prepaid, or Bigpond) I should be able to figure it out.
