Hello,

I can tell you that ComputerBank in Melbourne give out computers after they 
have been through a very thorough
quality control process. And some of the box rejected, I would have personally 
very happily used myself. And
they all come with Ubuntu preinstalled.  They will only give you a PC where 
everything works with Ubuntu.
