Public bug reported: The version 0.41 of libcgroup introduces cgroup templates which make it simple to e.g. dynamically limit memory usage per user. Something like that is not really possible at the moment in Trusty, because one would have to explicitely list static cgroups for all users in cgconfig.conf.
Note that the binary package names changed a bit since trusty. If possible the old uptart init scrips that were dropped could be shipped in examples instead of (or in addition to) the RH SysV init scripts that have to be extensively modified to work. ** Affects: trusty-backports Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Backporters, which is subscribed to trusty-backports.
