The point I was trying to make in my footnote was merely that I'm not intending to demand that the backporters team take on all the work themselves as soon as someone requests a backport without providing any further work themselves. I haven't checked myself, but there seem to be different opinions on how it currently works, exactly, based on the discussion so far. However, I think we're all agreed on the process to reform it, so I'll leave the details to the newly formed backporters team to sort out :) Robie
