I'll stay out of any decisions since I won't be a member of the new team. I'd like to suggest, though, that you try and keep discussion in ubuntu-devel@ if possible. IMHO, keeping ubuntu-backports@ discussions separately in its own list will only hurt opportunities to get more Ubuntu developers involved in backporting activities. I would only split off into a different list if traffic gets too dense in the more general place. However, that's just my opinion and it should be entirely up to the new team to decide how to run their affairs. I'm just happy to see the team active again! Robie
